Setting up the crib begins with wrapping the slats. We weave our Classic mesh as an open fabric with bound fabric trim along both horizontal edges. This set gives you two panels to fit around the interior sides, finished in a quiet Gray Clover print that sits easily with light wood or white paint.
You get one long panel and one short panel in the box. Use both to cover all four sides of a slatted crib, or run the long panel alone across three sides when one end is solid wood.
Wide hook and loop strips close each panel around the corner posts and outer slats. Fabric ties anchor the upper edge so the cloth stays upright and taut between the rails without sagging over time.
The clover pattern repeats in a quiet gray across the white ground. It reads as a soft neutral from the doorway and shows its geometric leaf shapes up close beside the mattress.
Push the bottom trim down between the mattress and the crib slats. The panel pulls flat against the inner face of the rails, resting below the top line of the mattress for a tidy, flush fit.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends a bare crib: a firm flat mattress, a fitted sheet, and nothing else in it. That recommendation does not carve out mesh liners. Federal law and pediatric guidance say different things here, and we would rather you read both than hear only the half that suits us.
Keep it tight against the crib side. Do not use it if it hangs loose or sags toward the mattress. Position the ties on the outside of the crib and pull them snug. Never put pillows or anything else in the crib alongside it. Never use it in a toddler bed or bassinet.
Take the panel out of the crib once your baby can pull up to standing against the crib side, which starts at around six months. An older baby can use it to climb.
