Letters to the workroom
One inbox, read by the people who cut the panels.
Writing to us
Questions about how a panel is cut, which gauge is which, how it fits a crib you have measured, or how to wash it, all reach the right people at the address in the footer. We answer in the order letters arrive.
What we cannot help with
Anything to do with an order is out of our hands, because the order is not with us. Where the parcel has got to, what it cost, changing an address, sending something back: all of that lives with the retail partner who sold it, and their account pages will tell you far more than we can. Writing to us about it only adds a step.
The workroom address
The address printed in the footer is where the post is opened. It is not a shop. There is no counter, no stock on shelves and nothing to hold up against a crib, so a visit would be a wasted trip, and parcels sent to that door are not handled there.
