Around the four sides of a mini crib, this panel wraps the inner perimeter to sit flat along the interior slats. We weave the cloth in our Deluxe mesh, the most open of our three patterns. The Blue Haze shade gives the crib interior a soft, muted wash of blue.
A matching fabric binding finishes the top and bottom of the panel. The edges stay flat along the rails without rolling over time, keeping the border clean where the mesh meets the wood.
The bottom runs down beneath the upper edge of the mattress so the panel stays taut against the slats. Pulling the fabric smooth along the four sides keeps the surface taut between the corner posts.
Fabric ties attach along the top rail while hook and loop fasteners hold the panel ends in place around the corner posts. Fasten the straps to the outside of the crib to hold the tension.
The whole piece goes straight into the washing machine when needed. Close the hook and loop tabs before washing so the fasteners do not catch on the mesh weave, then line dry or reinstall promptly.

The mesh is measured by the textile industry method for how readily air passes through a fabric.
When Congress banned padded crib bumpers, the definition CPSC wrote does not include a non-padded mesh crib liner. Our panels sit outside that ban.
The mesh liners have never been recalled. One product was, in 2013: a wearable blanket we stopped making that year.
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends a bare crib: a firm flat mattress, a fitted sheet, and nothing else in it. That recommendation does not carve out mesh liners. Federal law and pediatric guidance say different things here, and we would rather you read both than hear only the half that suits us.
Keep it tight against the crib side. Do not use it if it hangs loose or sags toward the mattress. Position the ties on the outside of the crib and pull them snug. Never put pillows or anything else in the crib alongside it. Never use it in a toddler bed or bassinet.
Take the panel out of the crib once your baby can pull up to standing against the crib side, which starts at around six months. An older baby can use it to climb.
It is cut for mini and portable. If you are not sure which yours is, will it fit my crib walks the crib side with you and shows only the pieces that fit it.
It is our Deluxe weave at 4mm, which holds back 80% of the daylight. The other weaves in the catalog are AirflowBaby at 2mm and 60%, Classic at 3mm and 85%.
No. It is a non-padded mesh panel. The Safe Sleep for Babies Act was signed in May 2022, and the ban on padded crib bumpers took effect that November. It reaches padded bumpers, vinyl guards and vertical slat covers. The definition CPSC wrote for it does not include a non-padded mesh crib liner.
