A flat expanse of solid gray on the dresser top gives the nursery a quiet, grounded center. We make these changing pad covers in pairs so one stays on the pad while the other goes through the laundry. The microfiber top stays smooth across the surface, backed by a waterproof barrier underneath.

Solid gray colorway

The solid gray reads as an even, quiet neutral from across the room. It matches solid sheets and patterns alike, sitting neatly on top of painted or natural wood dressers without competing with wall colors or curtains.

Waterproof backing layer

A smooth polyester microfiber face sits over an impermeable bottom layer. Wetness stays on the cover rather than soaking into the core of the pad beneath it, and the fabric resists wrinkles even after repeated wash cycles.

Continuous perimeter elastic

An elastic band runs entirely around the bottom opening, gathering the corners into deep pockets. The band grips the underside of the pad firmly, keeping the cloth taut across the top surface so it does not bunch under movement.

Changing pad fit

We cut the pocket depth to fit standard curved and flat changing pads on top of dressers or dedicated tables. The fabric hugs the contours of the pad, pulling flat over the center and around the raised sides.
